Tonight I make a simple and healthy dinner this dinner its quite light and I like it because it's easy to make, healthy and tasty, perfect for an evening meal.
I use meat and vegetables and legumes, so all well balanced.
I prepare some slice of chicken, white meat, really light and soft, some tomatoes mixed with beans with curcuma spice on, I truly love curcuma as a spice, it's yummi flavored and extremely good for the health, and sprouts with extra virgin oil. A yummi and simple dinner.
I love it.
