Good day everyone,hope i meet you all doing good?

Today i will be talking about "3 healthy habits"

The first healthy habit i consider important is exercise.

Personally, I only exercise a total of 1 hour a day and I feel has alot of positive effects on my body.

Keeping our body active is an important task for our good physical performance and development as people, however, we must keep both parts balanced by working both inside and outside.

The second healthy habit i find essential is paying good attention to our diet.I do not mean that we should be measuring everything we eat, as many of us may find this task a little stressful.

What i meant here is we should know the food we eat and why we eat them,because many times we fall into a way of life in which we give our body all kinds of food, from unprocessed to extra processed food.

Therefore, basing our diets on fruits, vegetables and natural foods can help us to maintain physical health.

Lastly,sleeping well.

Sleep is a vital, often neglected, component of every person's overall health and well-being. Sleep is important because it enables the body to repair and be fit and be prepared for another day. Sleeping well also helps to prevent excess weight gain, heart disease, and increased illness duration.
