Today I upped my tempo a bit at stages during my 45 min walk. After about 15 min I started jogging for 2 minutes and then went back to a fast walk for 3 minutes.
This increased my distance to 5.2km from the previous 4.6km. My calories burnt also improved from 208 to 240, which is nice.
I am feeling my fitness improving, which is great!! I like it to work up a good sweat, before the day begins, it just make you feel great!!
