Namaste đ Dear friends, to Ensure best Health, we have to live simple life and every day have to do yoga/Exercise, eat simple food less oily or fatty food or Avoid junk food.
Fitness is important for our healthy and for long life.
Current situation is not good as corona is still alive and we need to fight with this situation.
We must add sessional fruits and vegitables on our daily diet.
Yesterday i have completed 5009 steps count.
I hope you all are doing your best towards health related workouts/exercises.
