Mental Health is key to healthy lifestyle

It's very very enjoyable and active day for me and I am very much happy with that. When I spent a long day then it is a good day for me and you know we will not live long in this world so our time is limited. We need to do our task and required job within this short time. So it is clearly said that time is valuable. You need to fulfill our dreams within this time frame and for this we need to utilise each and every second of our day in a positive manner.

One thing I am beginning to believe that it is not mandatory to spend his time on achieving success in our life rather we should spend more and more time on our self so that we can have a fresh and healthy life leading. You can find someone who is earning a lot and spending huge time for earning those money. I just want to mention of those people who are spending huge time only for achieving success and taking huge stress. Those people can achieve success in their life but if we just look at the lifestyle then we can find it is difficult for them.

We always should try to spend some time on ourselves so that we can have some exercise some relaxation meditation and quality time with family. These are really important besides our regular work to achieve success or to do continuous learning in similar fashion. By providing much more if we can earn more but it is not good for our mental health and we cannot consume more that is another important fact. So our attitude should be based on spending quality time for ourself and not to focus on higher income because higher income is not consumable by me and my family. Me and my family don't need more food and consumable items rather they need only a few and if we can earn a few and spend quality time with family and try to spend time for ourself like our skill development or doing some exercise meditation relaxation and so on then we can have a healthy lifestyle and that is our desire.

Now a days I am trying to shift my lifestyle from success oriented lifestyle to relaxation and fresh healthy meditation based lifestyle. At the end of the day mental health and our lifestyle is really important compared with our job or task what we are doing because we cannot have healthy lifestyle or body fitness if we just go for only work and worl. Work is not bad at all. Working is important for our good health but excessive working is not good at all for our mental and physical health that we need to take care and keep in mind because at the end of the day we should focus on our body and mental health that is the key to be fresh and successful at least from my point of view.
