I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was a regular Saturday where most of my time went to watching all the football while having my focus of increasing my daily water intake again. The Idea was to drink 4 liter bit I reached around 3.5 which is also quite good as 3L is the average I'm aiming for going forward. Especially my skin should really benefit from it if I manage to keep my eating healthy.

Sunday will be very similar with plenty of matches on the program.
