Jogging day number 4: Jogger pro. (and why you don’t sweat when you run.)

It’s day 4 of my jogging ounce in the afternoon and ounce in the morning and I’m doing pretty well. My brother joins me sometimes on these runs with me and even though he’s younger he can sure keep up! I mostly daydream while I run, but my neighborhood is beautiful at this time of year. Flowers are in bloom! I am getting used to the burning in my legs as i run, though I do not full-out sweat much. It turns out that if you run around alot and not sweat it means your pores are clogged. Pores can be clogged by eating unhealthy, so it’s always a plus to eat healthy.
