Good day, HIVE users! Today I decided to share with you two alternative plans on the already notorious 30 day push-up scheme/plan for active and healthy adults. This plan can be undertaken by both men and women and increases the chances for a healthy lifestyle by building muscles and lowering additional fat in, mainly, the central area of the body. This exercise should, of course, be coupled with other types of sports so as to enjoy a balanced lifestyle, thereby diminishing the constituent risks for many illnesses associated with non-physical activity, such as coronary artery disease. That being said, I hereby want to present two plans, with different difficulty levels; one being very easy (according to my standards) and one being a little bit more demanding for the stamina of the courageous individual in question (briefly put, moderate difficulty).
