Hi everyone! Today I want to share a safe and effective natural homemade mouthwash. It is much cheaper than regular ‘off the shelf’ mouthwash and even more importantly it is safe for your body.

Ingredients : A clean jar of a suitable size for storage. 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 cup of distilled water 3 drops of organic essential oil of Tea Tree 3 drops of organic essential oil of peppermint Shake the bottle before using search time as the bicarbonate will settle at the bottom of the container. Swoosh a small amount around your mouth for a couple of minutes before spitting out. As with normal mouthwash it should NOT be swallowed. This is antiseptic and anti fungal. Unlike many store- bought mouthwashes the taste of this homemade one does not linger for hours in the mouth and does not have a metallic tasting edge to it. This is very cheap to make compared to the mouthwashes you find in the shops and is a great healthy alternative if you are home alone without an antiseptic oral hygiene product. Thanks for checking out my post. # Stay Wild, healthy and happy!
