Una de las plantas más maravillosas que existen por sus poderes curativos sanadores muy saludable es la "Sábila" o "Aloe Vera". La siembra de ella es muy común en Venezuela, a cada casa que vas te encuentras con una planta de sábila. Muchas personas lo utilizan detrás de la puerta principal de las casas amarradas con una cinta roja para combatir el mal de ojo, entre otras costumbres ancestrales; tiene muchas formas de usarlas y lo mejor son sus beneficios para la salud.

He usado la sábila muchas veces a lo largo de mi vida, desde enfermedades respiratorias como también para usos de la piel y el cabello. Tomarlo con limón y miel haces un jarabe natural para la tos, exceso de flema y gripe, aprovechando estos tiempos de pandemia por el Covid-19. Sus cristales babosos son efectivos también como supositorios, se cortan los cristales y se enrollan pedacitos en papel aluminio y se refrigeran, son muy efectivos para aquellas personas con problemas de hemorroides, para las quemadas es un gran cicatrizante y elimina las manchas o marcas por la quemada de la piel, para la caÃda de cabello es efectiva e inclusive se hacen champú con ella.
En una ocasión cocinando me quemé con aceite caliente el brazo, y la marca me quedo muy fea y gracias a la sábila no me quedaron marcas, aplicándome en la zona afectada.
