Day 846 | Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Things have been crazy busy as of late and if anything I have been letting some of my health habbits slip and slowly starting to feel it so it's time to adjust. I wrote a couple days ago that it was time to lose some weight but haven't managed to do so the last 2 days. The goal this week is to fully put focus on my food and so some more fasting also sticking just t plant based whole food while drinking a lot of water. I also want to get into somewhat of a morning routine getting up early doing many of my daily tasks before 12:00. Going to bed early before 00:00 getting at least 7 hours sleep will also be something to strive fore. I won't get all too active just yet but will go on regular walks to start joining hot yoga classes again next weel. So basically it comes down to the same ole eat healthy / sleep enough / work out.

Expense Control: I'm still in the process of rebuilding my bankroll which means that I will be living economically and rather minimalistic, not buying anything I don't need.
