Another refreshing drink that is on season now, is Mangoes. They are really sweet and delicious. Full of vitamins and antioxidants. This juice is easy to make and can be served as a dessert or nice treat. > I remember having Ice candy in Mango flavor when i was young. It’s like ice lollies. All the ingredients are blended together (mango flesh, sugar and milk), Packed in an ice candy bag and frozen overnight. It’s still popular until now and they taste amazing.

***Ingredients and Preparations*** Mangoes, ripe, sliced Ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Fresh Milk, No exact measurement, just enough to cover the flesh Pomegranate Lime, thin slices, optional to garnish 1. Combine the mango flesh, milk and cinnamon in a liquidiser and blend until it gets thick. 2. Refrigerate for at least half an hour and serve cool. 3. Top with pomegranate seeds and Ground cinnamon on top. Garnish with lime on the side. You will love this if you are a mango lover! Strengthen your immune system to feel good and to look good.
