It improves the performance of Insulin in body and minimizes the health problems in elderly people. Vitamin E is very important and antioxidant vitamin. It fights with free radicals in our body and prevent their damage to our body. It is found in fatty food. But if due to problems in our digestive system and malfunction in our liver, our stomach doesn't accept the fatty food and it leads to deficiency of Vitamin E in our body. As a result, there is blood anemia in our body and sudden weight loss. It also causes spots on our skin leading to Edema. Its deficiency also causes heart and liver diseases and weakness of muscles. It also affects our reproductive system and infertility.
