Morning punch of nutrition!

Maintaining your health and physique seems hard? I know it felt to me too, but when you taste the fitness, like when you feel fit and good trust me from that day onward you will love to do efforts for your body. Exercising is beneficial and so is consuming healthy food. So, today I am here to make your morning breakfast nutritious and delicious. Let's jump into the recipe of smoothie - Yes, just a smoothie will fill up your needs on nutrition. If you don't feel full then can make a fruit salad along side of it. *So you need*- 1. Oats 2. Mango (or any fruit available to you) 3. Yogurt 4. Milk 5. Honey 6. Chia seeds. *Let's get going* 1. Roast dry oats on a pan for 2-3 minutes.

2. Now cut slices of mango, for a glass you just need half of a mango.

3. Mow take a blender or a mixer grinder then pour the mango slices, 3/4 th glass of milk, two spoon curd, one spoon honey and the roasted oats and chia seeds into it. 4. Blend it , you can even add grated dry fruits on the top of it.

And here you go.... keep it in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes if you want to drink it chilled. Enjoy your punch of nutrions.
