Summer brings with a lot of fruits and vegetables that are hard to come by in large quantities, but of all of them, I think corn is the best food in our regular life because Eating the right foods leads to a longer and healthy ife. Corn is the first most grown grain for human consumption, and many cultures of people around the world live on it. corn is a versatile crop, When it comes to delicious, healthy and versatile ingredients, sweet corn should be at the top of your list. in fact it is a great option for those who want to improve their health. if any person eat any type of good on the base of calories so they don't worry they eat corn with out any tension because corn has to low calories. Sweet corn is also rich in nutrients that are important for your overall health. these nutrients help maintain eye health and reduce the chances of eye disease.On top of that, sweet corn is packed with a number of B vitamins, potassium, vitamin C and magnesium, all of which help you stay healthy. it means that a regular uses of sweet corn can be really helpfull and beneficial. today i am at home and i heared the voice of the seller who was selling boil corn in the street. i like to eat boil corn. so fastly i went to street i buy some corn. its taste is so good. i also take some selfie with this corn seller guy. ###
