Nowadays, everyone, whether children or older, likes to eat things of their taste. ## Why iron is important Hemoglobin cannot be formed without iron. Hemoglobin is an iron-rich protein. Hemoglobin gives red color to the blood. This red blood particle is the main component of blood. Which produces more oxygen in the body and also increases the ability to breathe. Iron works by transporting essential oxygen from lungs to other parts of the body. Both the deficiency and excess iron can prove to be a harmful body. Due to iron deficiency there is a risk of fatal disease like anemia and iron deficiency is seen more in women than men. ## Diseases due to high iron content Excess of iron is likely to cause hemochromatic disease. If the amount of iron increases, the chances of getting many more diseases also increase. For example, diabetes, cancer, liver problem, heart attack, arthritis, impotence, worsening of digestion, etc. are at risk of many serious diseases. ## Diseases due to Iron deficiency There is a risk of anemia due to iron deficiency. It is more in women because they are unable to take care of their own food and due to menstruation, they get blood loss. Due to this, there is a risk of respiratory disease, difficulty in maintaining body temperature, heart disease. There are many symptoms of this - such as early fatigue, pale yellow skin, head aches and cycles, weak immune system, dark circles under the eyes, more pain during periods, more hair loss. ## Whole green vegetable for Lack of iron Green vegetables contain high amounts of hemoglobin enhancer.
