How much walking is good??

Image Source The present life is full of busyness. In this busy life, even if everything happens, physical exercise does not get better. Some due to lack of time and some due to negligence and laziness. Since the prevalence of corona virus is very high all around, it is better to exercise at home without going out. বর্তমান জীবন ব্যস্ততায় পরিপূর্ণ। এই ব্যস্ততম জীবনে সব হয়ে উঠলেও শরীরচর্চা টা ঠিক হয়ে উঠেনা । কিছুটা সময়ের অভাবে আর কিছুটা অবহেলায় আর আলসেমিতে। যেহেতু চারেদিকে করোনা ভাইরাসের প্রাদুর্ভাব অনেক বেশি তাই বাইরে না গিয়ে ঘরে বসে শরীরচর্চা করাটাই উত্তম। Since my home is in the village, the weather here is very healthy for natural reasons, the prevalence of corona virus in the village is much less than in the city. So in our village people come and go naturally. I am no exception. My body exercises are going on regularly so that the body does not become too fat. I do a lot of things as part of shir practice. One of them is walking according to the rules every day. যেহেতু আমার বাড়ি গ্রামে, স্বাভাবিক কারণবশতই এখানকার আবহাওয়া অনেক স্বাস্থকর, গ্রামে করোনা ভাইরাসের প্রাদুর্ভাব শহরের তুলনায় অনেক কম ও বটে। সুতরাং আমাদের গ্রামে মানুষ স্বাভবিক ভাবেই বাইরে যাওয়া আসা করে। আমিও এর ব্যতিক্রম নয়। শরীর যেনো অনেক বেশি স্থূল না হয়ে যায় তাই নিয়মিত চলছে আমার শরীর চর্চা। শীর চর্চার অংশ হিসেবে আমি অনেক কিছুই করি। এগুলোর মধ্যে প্রতিদিন নিয়ম মাফিক হাঁটা অন্যতম। If you walk for 2 hours every morning and afternoon, your body feels much lighter and your mind also feels better. However, it is better for my body to walk for more time than this. So I went out for a walk this afternoon. And one of my advantages is our house next to the field. So I walked through the neighborhood and went out for a walk in the field with my little aunt and my cousin. There was a strong wind in the field so it was less hot today than on other days. সকাল এবং বিকেল নিয়ম করে রোজ ২ ঘন্টা করে হাঁটলে শরীর অনেকটা হালকা মনে হয় এবং মনটাও বেশ ভালো লাগে। তবে এর থেকে বেশি সময় নিয়ে হাটলে নিজের শরীরের জন্যেই আরও ভালো ।আজকে বিকেলে তাই হাটতে বের হয়ে হয়েছিলাম। আর আমার একটা সুবিধা হলো মাঠের পাশেই আমাদের বাড়ি। তাই পাড়ার মধ্যে দিয়ে হেঁটে মাঠের মধ্যে রাস্তায় হাটতে বের হয়েছিলাম আমার ছোট চাচি এবং আমার চাচাতো ভইয়ের সাথে। মাঠের মধ্যে ছিল প্রচন্ড বাতাস তাই অন্যান্য দিনের তুলনায় আজ গরম কম লেগেছে। We should all be given enough time to keep our body healthy. Both body and mind can be kept well by exercising. And the body should be exercised in such a way that it is enjoyable, not forced. I don't think there is any better type of exercise than walking, at least in the village. Walk for regular exercise and keep yourself healthy. আমাদের সবার উচিত নিজের শরীর টাকে ঠিক রাখর জন্য পর্যাপ্ত সময় দেওয়া। শরীরচর্চা করে শরীর ও মন দুইটাকেই ভালো রাখা যায়।আর এমনভাবে শরীর চর্চা করা উচিত যেনো সেটা উপভোগ্য হয়, বাধ্য হয়ে না করতে হয়। হাঁটাহাঁটি করার থেকে ভালো শরীরচর্চা অন্তত গ্রামের মধ্যে আর দ্বিতীয় কোনো রকমের শরীরচর্চা আচে বলে আমি মনে করিনা। নিয়মিত শরীর চর্চার উদ্দেশ্যে হাটুন এবং নিজেকে সুস্থ্য রাখুন।
