Optimal food is simple food

Welcome to Simple food for optimal health. This group is for all who are interested in optimal health. It’s also for those considering a healthier lifestyle and need love and support to get started. The goal of this group is to create a constructive environment where we can inspire ourselves in healthy habits. How many chances do we have to inspire people live a complicated lifestyle? i don't know and i don't think we have enough. We might have more chances to inspire people live a simple lifestyle. Hence, here we’ll share photos of simple foods that are beneficial for optimal health, make friends and more! For optimal health we can eat optimal food. To keep the community relevant, it's good to know what foods are optimal. # What is optimal food? Animals in nature are able to eat food that's optimal for them without kitchen tools. How many reasons do we have to believe that we need tools to be able to feed ourselves? i don't know and i don't think there are enough reasons. Just like animals can eat optimal food without tools, we can also eat optimal food without tools. This should be great news, at least for people who like simplicity: # Optimal food is simple food since we don't have to complicate ourselves with cooking. Fruits and vegetables are good for our health. So it's pretty simple to know what foods we share in this group, as some fruits and veggies can be eaten without cooking. You don't necessarily have to live an optimal lifestyle to participate. That's the whole point of the group: - to inspire ourselves to include more optimal food in our current lifestyle. - to help people see how simple it is to have a lifestyle that's delicious and nutritious. It’s good to understand that optimal food is not all the produce available for sale in the produce section of the market, just as optimal food is not all the food sold in that market (meat, dairy, etc). The better our digestion, the better we absorb nutrients. For optimal health, we can eat food that's easier to digest. Of all the vegetables, tender greens are the easiest to digest. Of all the tender greens, lettuce is the easiest to digest. You don't have to complicate with making a salad to eat lettuce since it's easy to digest. You can pull out a few lettuce leaves and grab some fruit. They digest perfectly together. It's easy. It's simple. It's quick. It takes no time. So you can include it in your posts. Feel free to post complicated foods in other groups. Feel free to post less optimal foods in other groups. This group is about simple food for optimal health. When we share the fruits we eat, we’re more relatable, as people don't need kitchen tools to eat fruits. By the way: not all people have the kitchen tools some people have. In multiple communities about health i found the following scenario: a link toward an article that promotes meat in a raw food group. To avoid this inconsistency, How about we keep the community relevant, by posting pictures of simple foods for optimal health? Also i'm not a nutrition expert and there are people who can do a better job at answering your questions than i can.
