We all are in the month of February and students will going to sit for their examinations soon. It was really a hard time for all of us during the time of Lockdown. everyone was stuck in their houses at different locations. Students adapted to online learning program as classes were held online due to covid - 19. Now finally school , institute and various organisations are started to get back to work and function normally. Students will soon give their exams for the current year. so lets talk about some food that can help student improve their concentration power. Let's Start....!!!

Source 1) Almonds : When i was small my mother told me that eating almonds helps us to remember things i.e it increases our brain remembering power. 2) Nuts and Seeds : I once read a report where the report was saying that eating nuts and seeds regularly can improve cognition. 3) Peanuts : we all need our brain to be healthy and for that one of the options is eating peanuts. It keeps us energetic for long time and is good for our brain health. 4) Broccoli : It is green vegetable that is rich in fibre and again is very good for our brain health. try adding it to your diet and you ll see the change. 5) Drink milk and avoid tea , coffee as milk is more beneficial for your entire body.
