One of my favorite food is surely salmon in every way, salmon its a very good food for the brain and it contains omega 3 that are good for the blood and the hearth. So it's not only tasty but healthy too. Sashimi is my favorite food, it's raw salmon, in slices, very good. I also love fried chicken its surely less healthy than salmon but it tasty especially if you put it on the soy sauce or in Wasabi. By the way I love chicken too in every way, I like white meat, it's healthier than the red one, it contains less fat parts. White meat is good. I truly like fishes and I love shrimps too, I don't eat them so often usually only on celebrations days, but I love these shrimps with cutty and soy, are very tasty and the shrimps are enough big for make me feel full. Shhrimps are a good food to especially when they are well clean and well cooked. It's not simple cook well the shrimps. I also like bamboo so much. I can but it in some store, it's really good for the health bamboo, it's good for circulation and also of you want to make a diet. It's not a fat food. I also love sushi, nighiri and ufamaki. Filled with everything, especially salmon but also tuna, avocado etc... I love the ones with salmon and Philadelphia or salmon and avocado. I also like rice, rice it's very healthy too its a cereal so less heavy than pasta or other things full on Carbo. The rice cup with salmon was amazing. I also love dumplings, I think dumplings are really the best thing, filled with meat, with shrimps or with vegetables are always tasty. I like both steamed or grilled. ---
