Prioritizing health!

*Nowadays people became more concerned about their health for sure. But there's still a gap in adopting a healthy lifestyle. It's because we keep going to the gym but forget to keep our life healthy. For example, going to the bed late at night but waking up early to join the gym or to attend work. It became a new normal to compromise with sleep.*

Rather making healthy choices in everything makes more sense in terms of prioritizing health. It can be about food, can be our sleeping habit, or can be a digital detox. Let's discuss some of the things we should adopt to make health our priority! * Try to cover everything when it comes to health. Notice your eating habits, your working schedule, your exercise routine every possible thing so that you can adopt a healthy lifestyle. Health is not about food or exercise, get rid of this idea. And try to make your lifestyle focusing on what would be better for your health. * Don't make excuses. This one thing ruins our plan and makes us unhealthy in every way. The moment we realize excuses doesn't help us but makes it worse for us to follow our routine at that moment we can make better choices. * Checklist. Health doesn't work like you take care of it one day and the next day you don't look at it. So hitting the gym for a month and not doing anything from the next doesn't make us healthy. Make a checklist, what you need to accomplish to be healthy, and follow that. I know, it's not like we always can follow a healthy lifestyle like avoiding night parties. But we can make better choices every day. And this only can be possible if we prioritize health over anything. It can be your mental and physical health. Think about it!
