Have you heard about this fruit , Anjeer (Fig) before in your life. Well Fig is pronounced as Anjeer in India so that's why i have written Anjeer so don't get confused. In India People are very fond of eating dry fruits for maintaining better health. And we have plenty of dry fruits in the list that are taken daily by the people of India.
