Early I thought that people have to help others who need it when they have extra possibilities for it - extra money or extra something what they can share. If you don't have it - then help yourself at first. Now I think different. No matter what you have and how much - if you wanna help, you'll find a possibility to do it. Even if it's your last piece of bread. And exactly this decision will make this last piece not last...

There is a family in my city that brings up a sick kid. A boy with celebral palsy. He is 5 now. And a 1-year old healthy boy. Many people try to help these people, and me is not an exception. I am impressed how strong they are. It's a great tragedy for all parents, but they can stay positive, love life, love people, love their kids and believe in better. Very strong people! They use any possibility to help their boy and they spend huge money trying to improve his health. It's not a rich family so they use people's help, money or anything they can share. I've discovered a great way how to help people if you don't have extra money. Ann - the mother of the boy organises a lottery: a person who wanna help share something she has (any handmade things as a rule, or some goods, pies, cosmetics etc), and then people buy tickets to get the prize. The thing is tickets cost much less than value of the prize but there are some dozens of people, so in general Ann gets a good sum of money. This variant is both good for the family, they still can collect money for the boy, and for people who don't have extra money but wanna help them.

I participated in the lottery too. We proposed our 3D lithography as a prize, and more than 30 persons bought the tickets! And we got the chance to help Ann too. As our personal gift for them we made a free lithography for her.

It's like a sun, and it will add more sunny days for their family. They are worth of it. So charity is not about money. It's just your wish to give your warmth, and there is always a chance to realize it.
