Sugar consumption is the very first thing I will like to mention to you, the accumulation of sugar in the body over a long period of time makes it difficult for the digestion of protein to take place and we know the hazardous effect of the lack of proteins in the body. High sugar consumption has also been figured out to be a basic causative factor behind the loss of memory and brain damage.

Not sleeping properly causes serious damage to the brain as we continually make it a habit. The decision to skip breakfast for different reasons is very common in families and that is not healthy at all, skipping meals regularly has proven to have a lasting unhealthy effect on the brain but the same way it is not god to skip a meal, it is also not good to eat too much. Having too much food to consume will result in obesity which will result to a large damage to the brain later on.
[Image credit](https://thriveglobal.com/stories/know-how-to-avoid-dangerous-brain-damaging-habits/) Multi-tasking has a powerful effect on the brain, trying to multi task does not help us to do our assignment properly and with multi-tasking it is very easy for us to lose focus but most importantly it is also a serious brain damaging factor. Listening to extremely loud sounds causes a serious ear problem which eventually affects the brain also, the brain receives signals from every part of the body and when there is a problem with hearing which of course is caused by regularly exposing your ear drums to high sound, it surely affects the brain too. Spend time to take off your ear pods and ear piece at regular intervals during the day so your ears can have some space to breath. Taking in water regularly helps our body function normally and helps information to get to the brain soon enough, the absence of water in the body makes the body feel less nutrient and proper circulation of blood.
