Lotus Love Sunday Editorial - Joy, Breaking Free and Positivity...

It's beautiful to see all the posts that are shining light to a brighter future and posts that lead to a healthier lifestyle, overcoming any difficulties that might be met on the way. I want to start off with a powerful post from @trucklife-family that gives a good perspective of what is going on in the world right now and aims to having that brighter future.

Another person who wants us to find more joy and happiness (or at least contentment) in our life is @denmarkguy He writes: >I'm often amazed by the sheer volume of negativity that seems to permeate our modern world. Also @namok moves us out of negativity and towards more joy to the level of at least contentment. @rem-steem writes on something that I struggled with for a good part of my life and I'm sure many others have too - of trying to be productive all the time and feeling guilty when you weren't. She writes: > learn 'How to pause productively'. Quality downtime'. I learned this term while trying to find a way out from my guilt. And I believe this understanding is really helpful. There is a difference between taking rest and being lazy. If you are always active, doing great in life; you deserve a day off. So it's okay to be unproductive, at least for a few hours or a day. She goes on to explain what she does to overcome that guilt and how she is focusing more on life instead of just work.
