Which Fruits Have Less Sugar?
### Avocado has Less Natural Sugar:: In Avocado it is said that it contains only **1.33 grams of natural sugar**. It is not necessary that the quantity of sugar in all fruits is very high fruits like Avocado and others that we will see contains less sugar. One important point to note though is that at one side Avocadoes have less quantity of sugar but on the other hand, it is considered to have more calories. You can comfortably include them in your diet in balanced amounts. ### The Greeny Guava: Do you the best part about Guavas is that they are available all throughout the Year. So, if you are a Guava lover then you can consider yourself lucky.

Medium-sized guava contains only **5 grams of sugar** as well as about 3 grams of fiber. Which will be more than a bowl of brown rice and whole-grain bread. Strawberries are delicious to eat as well as have less natural sugar in them. About **7 grams of sugar** is present in about a cup of strawberries. Considering the amount of sugar present in a cup of Strawberries it's considered to have less natural sugar. But a word of caution dot overeat as the results could be devastating. So always have fruits in moderation is the best **mantra**.
