INGREDIENTS: For the ingredients, you need just 5 of them to make your banana smoothie and it can be done in just 5minutes. Also, this particular quantity will only make one cup of smoothie. - 1 banana - 1/2 orange, peeled and quartered - 1/3 cup yogurt - 1/4 cup water or milk (dairy or non-dairy) - 1 to 2 teaspoons honey (optional) PROCEDURE Step 1: First is to chop banana and orange quarters into tiny pieces and add to a blender. Step 2: Then add yogurt and the milk to the blender. Step 3: Gently switch on the blender and blend until creamy and smooth. You can proceed to taste it and then adjust with honey if you want to.
