Make your positive habit stick for life!

Keeping a new habit for long is a tough challenge. It takes lots of effort to adopt a new thing no matter how big or small it is. You will notice how people went to the gym every year early in the year and gradually you will find only a few. It's because we struggle to keep the motivation. But there is something in all of us which can help us stick to any good habit if we want.

You can't allow yourself the same comfort, otherwise, you will find yourself in the same position. Gradually those discomforts will not feel the same and will fit in our life. > Accept your failure and brighten up the future. You are trying to quit smoking or starting a healthy diet. You may find yourself smoking randomly for several days. You need to remember, it happens to all of us. It's not the end. Just remember not to run that thing for long. Stop it right there and focus on the bright side. > Embrace your positive changes. Feel, talk, spread the news how good you are feeling about your positive change. Remind yourself what values it adds in your life. Be grateful for your positive change and make more effort to make it forever. > Make it fun. This is the most important part. Enjoy what you are doing, put enjoyment to it. Like listening to your favorite song during exercising. It will make you go with the new habit for long. Habit building is a long term work. It should be. Because the more time we put to adopt it, the more time it will stay. Let your habit bring joyful memories in your life. Keep these in your mind while adopting a new habit. I think this gonna help a little bit!
