# Hi Foodies and Vegans! Yummy that was a good lunch today😋 A green-red batavia salad with organic lentils, pumpkin- and sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes and red onions, plus a pita bread. Lentils for fibers and proteins,the seeds are another protein source, and the pumpkin seeds are also rich in testosterone. 💪 The salad is super vitamin rich and the red onions have antioxidant properties,and are anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory.
