The best way to start the day is by hydrating. Hydration is the key to good health and when you wake up is the best and most important time to do so. Alkalinity is also extremely important. The average American is extremely acidic and far from the alkaline balance the body desires to be of which it functions optimally. The Good: It’s alkaline It’s “pure” no one should ever drink tapwater as it is literal poison. So this is not only filtered but it’s also alkaline which is double good. Taste Good Healthy! Refreshing! Hydrating! The not so good: it’s not local it’s a pretty big brand. So it’s mega Corp. product. It comes in a plastic bottle which of course makes it far cheaper to the consumer as it’s cheaper to make and ship than glass and unless you continually up cycle and reuse that glass it’s not any less unsustainable. It’s also important to note that any water you drink in a plastic bottle could have various contaminants from the plastic reached into the water. Of course making it yourself is the best other than that, this is a great value for what you get. It’s quite easy to make your own alkaline water simply add lemon, Himalayan salt, or baking soda and your water will be alkaline.
