What Fruits Are High in Sugar?
**Mango::** Mangoes are considered to be very good for our health. Mangoes are full of fiber and nutrients. But it also has a high amount of natural sugar. A mango contains about 45 grams of sugar. If you are trying to reduce your weight or take less sugar, then you should consume mangoes at least. Do not eat more than 1 or 2 slices at a time. **Grapes are very high in Sugar::** About one cup of grapes contains 23 grams of sugar. Which is too much. Try to consume less than half a cup of grapes at a time.
If required you can cut grapes into half and then eat them in this way you will eat fewer grapes and at the same time will feel satisfied. **Cherries::** About 18 grams of sugar is found in a cup of cherries. If you consume a large bowl of cherries at one once, then you are consuming a lot of sugar at a time. So watch out for the number of cherries you are eating at a time. It is imperative that, while eating cherries, note that you should not eat more than a handful, which will be only about five to six at a time. **Watermelon::** A medium-size slice of watermelon contains about 17 grams of sugar. As its name suggests, it is full of water as well as special minerals and electrolytes are found in it, due to which our body recharges and our energy level rises. Try not to eat more than two slices at a time if you do not wish to intake a lot of sugar at a time. **Banana::** A medium-sized banana contains about 14 grams of sugar. If you feel this much sugar that you will intake, then you should eat only half a banana at a time. People when hungry eat even two bananas at a time but forget about the sugar intake. Therefore, If you are planning to reduce weight and are conscious about the sugar intake then consume a medium-sized banana is recommended.
