Am sure we all know what junk foods are now, and also you all agreed with me that we all eat and consumed this junk foods everyday and night. But did you also know that they are very harmful and dangerous for our health, due to the fact that they contains non nutritional content in them and also they are main preserved with chemical to prolong their expiring date which many of us don't know about. Ok some of us many be curious about some of the examples of junk foods, so here they are below: ### ​
Examples of Junk Foods!
### Biscuits, Sweetest, Public white bread, Packages snacks e.g Plantains chips, Chin chin and many other like that. Well I can't possibly blame anyone for eating or consuming this because there are many reasons sometimes that we can't avoid than to go for them many times. ​But my advice is that we should all try as much as possible to limit our rate of consuming this Junk Foods because they also have so many negative effects on our healths such as **Diabetics, Heart disease, low blood sugar, poor healthy growth, cancer, stroke and many other harmful effects!** Let all remember that our health is our wealth and do take great and good care of our health.
