In real life, eating healthy food all the time maybe not be achievable in some situations. So, whenever you get a chance to prepare your meal ahead of time is a good idea so you don't make bad decisions like grabbing junk food that's available in your fridge or in your cabinet.
Also, make a big a batch of your healthy meals that is good for at least three days so it saves you time to do other stuff. I like having a variety of veggies on my plate, so it's easier for me to prepare it a day before and having a convenient if a microwave or better a convection oven to reheat your food.
