Hi everyone! This is my today's activity report card and today I able to reach only 5K steps by walking.. As yesterday I was physically exhausted, so today throughout the day I stayed at home.. At the time of evening I visited nearby market to buy some grocery and vegetables.. It was again very hot day but at the time of evening we get some Western wind.. We are going to get some rain in coming days.. definitely it should be some relaxation from overheat and humid.. Hope you are also doing your best to keep yourself healthy and fit.. Regards.
