My Recipe for Almond Flour Bread

Lately I have been experimenting on a lot of healthy recipes, wanting to make sure that my family is getting a nutritious diet. We have completely quit on gluten, but my hubby loves to have bread so I have been looking for alternatives. One such is Rice flour chapati, but then he gets bored with the same thing every day, so I tried making this Almond flour bread and it came out very well. Let me share my recipe with you all. 1 Cup Almond Flour 3 Eggs 1 spoon honey, to bring in sweetness to the bread 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar (this will help the bread to rise, but if you use baking powder then you do not need vinegar) pinch of salt 3 spoons coconut oil (I use cold pressed organic coconut oil) Whisk all of it together in a bowl, add the baking soda last.

Grease the baking bread pan with coconut oil and pour the mixture in it.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 10 mins and then put the pan in the oven and allow it to bake for 30 mins. You can check it by piercing a knife in the baked bread. If it comes out clean then the bread is done.

Remove it from the oven, allow it to cool to room temperature and then it's ready to be sliced and served.

Do try it out, it definitely is a very healthy replacement to gluten. And the best is, it is so very simple to prepare it and a quick one. It is very difficult to get my hubby's approval on anyone's cooking and he appreciated it, means I passed the test.....hahaha. ***Thank you for visiting my blog.*** 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
