That's right! I am getting back to walking and hopefully next week more exercise like sit-ups and bending. I found a buddy to walk with every week, at least 3 times a day. Her doctor says she needs to lose weight because excess fat could worsen PCOS. We met last week and last night was our first walk together in hopes to lose a lot of weight and especially inches. Originally, she walked alone and I didn't know until last night that she walked fast - "brist walking". Of course I couldn't complain since I was the one who asked her if I could join her. So instead of being a drag, I tried my best to catch up with her pace. After last night's walk, I am determined to do more. See my #Huawei #Health app report for the whole day. Unfortunately, I still don't have an #Actifit friendly wristband fitness tracker. Today, I've also managed to buy me some fruits instead of eating my favorite junk food --- any chips will do. Hahaha! #Fruits are better than all the other chocolates and junk food we can munch on. Like this one I bought #Papaya known to reduce risks in heart disease, cancer even diabetes. My mom eats papaya as #natural remedy for #constipation. You can also mash papaya and apply to the wound to heal faster. Its really good for the skin too. My buddy and I, we'll be seeing each other hopefully again tonight and maybe I won't forget to take some pics too. It's going to be another fun conversation session while exercising.
