When I started exploring the raw lifestyle some years back, fruits for breakfast was the first raw food habit I started with. Then gently I transitioned to a raw lunch as well and only much later my cooked dinner turned into a raw salad or zoodle dish. Whenever you want to start something new, try to incorporate it in the morning first, preferably at a fixed time to make it even easier to follow through with it. A pure fruit meal can be a hydrating, powerful and vibrant way to set the tone for the whole day.
