[Source](https://unsplash.com/photos/dfItZYL3qI0) Healthy habits are activities you do that keeps you in good state of health. These habits include exercising, drinking enough water daily, eating balanced diets, having good sleep and many more.

Eating fruits on a Daily basis:** I know the advantages of taking fruits especially after meal. Eating fruit helps to build our body resistance to illness and also keeps us from various kinds of cancers. Not forgetting heart diseases also, eating fruits improves the heart condition.

Except from my everyday Push-Ups, my work also is enough for an exercise. I work on elevators, so walking countless numbers of stairs everyday is what I go through.

Bath at least twice a day:** This is also one I don't joke with. I bath before sleep and after sleep, can also be said as in Morning after waking from bed and in the night before going to bed. I do this to remove the damaged cells still lying on the skin and keeping a fresh skin.
