From the time we are in the womb, till we grow old and die, we need food that is full of nutrients such as vitamins A,B,C iron, magnesium, iodine and so on. These nutrients are very important and must be available in appropriate quantities in the body. If any of these nutrients Is not available or is not enough in the body, we can become weak and sick. Vitamin A and iodine are essential nutrients that necessary for the development and well-being of the body. In order to solve the problem of lack of vitamin A and also make it more available to people, a technology has been developed to add vitamins A to sugar, since sugar is consumed by everybody, on a daily basis, it is easier for people to get vitamin A by eating sugar and other vitamin A giving foods. Although sugar and salt are good sources of vitamin A and iodine, we must make sure that we consume them in appropriate quantity in order to avoid problems that can occur if we eat too much of them.
