# Increasing veggies and fruits consumption

Hey folks, I have been trying to eat more healthy lately. The Covid19 has caused fears to the world and everyone wants to live to share the story. I stopped reading and watching news about the Covid19 for weeks now and it is because I am not seeing anything positive in there. I only listen when my brothers are talking about it. So, Covid19 is now an airborne disease, more panic. Anyway, we continue to live. Before the pandemic, I suffered some health challenges, and I was highly advised to consume more fruits and veggies. Originally, I enjoy eating street foods, but I had to change because eating well and good will improve my health. For the past few months, I have been consuming more veggies and fruits. I think I eat 60% of veggies and fruits and 40% normal house-made foods like rice and bean and others. ___

Parts of my veggies and fruits. Comprise Banana, Cucumber, Melon, Apple, Garden egg, Green peas, Lecttus, and Carrot. ___

My Launch today. ___ I finished my Avocado yesterday, and I have got no time to go to the market. I had to manage and use carrot, cucumber, peas, lettuce, and Banana as my launch. But I also need to cook my simple vegetable soup. ___

Washing out sand and diets from Pumpkin ___

One of my favourite vegetable for soup is Pumpkin. In facts, I have been eating pumpkin every day for 3 weeks now. I just like it. I don’t cook with my family because I need to reduce my salt and pepper consumption. My family are “Chilli Consumers” lol! Every day still seems pretty the same. The Covid19 is still hunting human, though my people are daredevils. Most of the people here move around without face mask, but I can’t try such. How I wish I have a superpower to create a cure and heal the world. I just hope someone somewhere gets the active vaccine for this so we can all live to tell the story. Thank you for the time!
