Maybe known to most this Flower with it's garlic like taste is perfect for spicing up salad, and surely gives it a nice look too. It's said this plant has natural antibiotic and blood cleaning effects, besides providing lots of vitamins and mineral nutrients. Cornflower (Known to me as Crown Cornflower)

From this plant the leafs are utilized, and they're preferably used with cucumbers for their great fit in taste. By tradition it's used to strengthen the heart, and melancholy. But the benefits go far beyond this, as it's detoxicating, antibiotic and antifebrile, hust to name a few. Feverfew

Mostly the young leafs are used for salad, especially in asian kitchens, but the blossoms are edible too. It's health benefits go from respiratory to digestive issues. Putting recipes in here for this flowers would end up in a mile long article, so i simply suggest to look them up on the web, there should be plenty of search results for each of them. Have a tasty day and stay healthy my peeps
