Hello, friends!
I don’t know which season is now in your own country now but here the weather has been unpredictable recently, for example, it was hot in the morning, even hotter in the afternoon, but later in the lately afternoon or in the evening, surprisingly, the rain with thunder storm is coming. So it is quite extreme and all of us need to stay healthy especially in this extreme weather.
This time in this article I would like to share my healthy recipes in order to stay healthy, I would like to reveal one of my secret at last, so stay tune!
I keep my body healthy with these things,
First, Drink much mineral water everyday.
I don’t know do you really like to drink water like me, cause my mom cannot follow my drink habit. I drink lots, in the office when I work everyday during that 9 hours working, I could finished two bottles of the 1.5 liter (1,500 ml) mineral water plus a 400 ml of my small bottle. So totally in 9 hours I could drink 3,400 ml or 3.4 liter of mineral water, and this is not included what I drink at home in the morning (I drink 600 ml of mineral water after I get up everyday, plus around 600 ml or more later after I had my breakfast, and in the evening I also could have more than 1,000 ml. Maybe in total at home around 2.5 liter of mineral water. Maybe its too much for some people but believe it or not, my body is not feeling well if I don’t drink the water in this quantity. Well, at least I must have 5 liter a day. And I don’t touch cold water, I like warm or normal water. And i started this habit since i was a child, i go with my water bottle everywhere, i really seldom drink other beverages.
Second, I always have my daily dosage of vitamin C.
I keep my dosage in the morning 500 mg of 12 hours slow release vitamin C, a local brand but this fit me since I was in highschool so I keep my habit until now. When I feel a there is something unwell with my body like a bit sore in my throat or eating too much fried food, I would have some extra vitamin C. I had the vitamin C in sweetlets to add my daily dosage vitamin C need, the maximum for me is 1,500 mg in a day and I only had this maximum dosage if my body feel unwell or not as healthy as it’s usually.
Third, I always eat properly and on time.
I never skipped my meals, in the morning I usually take bread and sometimes I add chicken porridge but not at the same time. I usually had my breakfast twice, at home and at work (usually around 6 am at home, and around 8-10 am at work). For my lunch I usually eat my lunch on time too and also for the dinner, We always have dinner around 6pm, or below, so when I go to sleep at around 10 pm, the food I had already well digested.
Fourth, I always have a quality sleep and enough rest.
Every night I sleep at around 10 pm, and then I wake up at around 6 pm. So I have enough rest everyday around 8 hours every day. Enough rest make my days healthier and happier, I get stress when I had less sleep. And my sleep suppose to be really has its’ quality, no pause or awakened during my 8 hours of sleeping.
Fifth, I keep my daily workout routine.
I sit at work everyday in a long time, I need my body to work out too so I do her videos in the afternoon after I arrive home from work everyday. I do this routine 5 times a week. This routine keeps my body fit and since several years ago, I love to copy workout videos I found in you tube for work out. The one that inspire me and I think the best, which I have been copying these several years is the workout videos from Danielle Peazer.
I usually do 3-5 of her videos a day to help me stay fit. Her videos that I have kept copying are Workout: Quick and easy warm up, Dance workout for abs & giveaway!, Work out: Dance to burn fat (it is really good for our backbone, I felt more flexible and no back pain anymore), 7 minute quick and effective workout and the last one, workout: hip hop dance to tone abs. To fulfill all the videos it takes around 30 minutes something, so it won’t need much your time, better start it from now then!
Sixth, I drink a healthy recipe of mine (if needed).
In my childhood, mom said to me to drink sterilized milk from the tin, the one best she knows, but when I was a child I really didn’t like its’ flavour but I really loved the taste of chrystanthemum crystals. If you don’t know them let me tell you a bit about their benefits for our health. The milk could help to increase our immune, neutralize toxins in our bodies, help our body’s recovery, help body to stay fresh and healthy and also many other benefits. As you could see below is the fact nutrition that it has.
And for chrysanthemum, it help to release your body heat, keep my body healthier and fresh. The chrysanthemum itself is an anti inflammatory material that help increase immune system and treats many sickness like cough, cold and it also had the detoxification function. It has been used many years in China for the healthy medicine. So could you imagine if I combine two healthy things together and drink it?
I put the granules in my cup then pour the milk on it. Next, I stir them together.
I got a sweet fresh chrysanthemum taste in my milk and the sweetness of it (I used the granules ones that also contained sugar). The smell of milk become less because it combines with the chrysanthemum. You know what it is so tasty and healthy.
Now I already finished sharing my healthy habits to keep my body fit and healthy. You could copy it if you want, or do you also have other healthy habits? Maybe you could also share them to me.
Have a nice day, take good care of your health, and stay healthy, friends!
