Today, meditation has become a necessity for all willing to live stress-free, happy, and healthy life. People love doing meditation to reduce stress, get good sleep, keep the mind calm, and maintain stability and mental peace.
But many people fall asleep while doing meditation. Perhaps it happens to everyone, as I heard another one saying she feels sleepy. @dreemsteem said this the other day. If you don’t trust me, check this out in the comment section

But how to avoid falling asleep during meditation or how to differentiate between sleep and meditation, and what are the causes of why one falls asleep during meditation-
Here are some reasons why one falls asleep during meditation:
-Tiredness
-Lack of sleep
-Doing meditation inside a room.
-Having a heavy breakfast or meal before meditation
-Tension
How to keep sleep away
Don’t overeat or snack too much.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Meditate under the open sky.
When you feel like sleeping, focus on something or at an important point and do meditation with your eyes open.
Get plenty of sleep and rest for a healthy body.
Meditate by setting an alarm.
Play soft and slow music during meditation.

Naukasana, or the Boat posture, is one of the easiest but most useful postures. Do it regularly. This posture helps in reducing belly fat, but it has proved very beneficial in making the body flexible and getting rid of digestive problems.

The Boat Posture is a posture that is performed lying on the stomach and also on the back. The posture performed while lying on the stomach is’ Naukasana ’or boat posture, and doing it on the back is called’ Viparita Naukasana ’or opposite boat posture.
One should do both these postures for 5 to 10 minutes a day 3 to 4 times a week in one sitting for a better result.
Thank you for reading, I suggest one should try Yoga Postures under expert guidance to avoid complications.
