--- Hello Friends, Hope you all are well and enjoying your time. I am still enjoying my Eid holidays. Today I will show you my rooftop lemon garden. I have few lemon trees in my garden. I bought those almost one year back. These lemon trees now contain a lot of fresh lemons. I used to meet my daily lemon demand from this lemon garden.

Let’s know some important health benefits of lemon. Lemons are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin-C helps prevent many diseases. Regular consumption of vitamin C reduces the risk of cold related diseases. So, if you take lemon regularly, you can protect yourself from seasonal cold.

You can reduce your weight by taking lemon every day. I personally take lemon everyday after my regular exercise. Lemon also helps to prevent kidney stones. Many people suffer from bad breath. It’s an embarrassing situation. Lemon can help you to reduce bad breath. If you take lemon at least two times a day, you can get rid of this embarrassing situation.
