Every step you take burns around 0.004 calories. That works out to about 400 calories burnt per 10,000 steps. Experts say you need to take 15,000 steps to maintain you weight and be healthy. That works out to 600 calories burnt from daily activities. I need to get an accurate smartwatch to do the measurements because the phone accuracy is pretty bad. How many steps have you taken today?
