I slipped up once about 10 days ago and have been going downhill when it comes down to reaching my goals ever since. I really don't know why I keep doing this as everything points to being better when just sticking to some basic rules doing what needs to be done just eating healthy. Anyway, I keep tracking my weight on a daily basis to make sure it causes some cognitive dissonance with an eye to motivate myself to get back on track. Sunday way nothing special, betting was rather dissapointing and I stayed up very late playing apex legends which screwed up my sleeping pattern. While I was eating healthy and less, my average daily score was around a solid 7 while now I'm at a low 4-5 so I know what needs to be done.
