Day 955 | Kitchen Time & Sports Betting

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

It was a great fun thursday where I prepared handicapping all the evening matches being quite on a roll withc overall very sharp analysis at the moment and a very good routine I'm able to keep up. Once done, I once again didn't eat before 14:00 and hit the kitchen about ah hour before the first match of the day making vegetable curry with brown rice for an week. Usually I eat this is 2 to 3 days max, now I just will stick to a healthy-sized portion daily. I did eat a little more than that and it was inevitable to at some days see my weight go up instead of down which is what happened. I watched all matchen in the late afternoon until the late evening making some good overall profit on them further gaining in confidence. I ended the day watching an episode of the wonder years and I'm almost at the end of the last season now.
