Dry fruits aren't healthy

Today giveaway was in front of eyes and I couldn't react. It is because I didn't have a post to vote on. I slept without having dinner so i was feeling hungry. Since its late-night, I avoid eating a proper meal. So to satisfy my hunger I decided to have some dry fruits. Honestly, I love dry-fruits and I eat a lot. When I mentioned this in the city that I am going take picture of what I am eating and then will post. Neo sir said dry fruits aren't healthy. # Dragon says > too much sugar, the drying concentrates the sugars, even more, fresh fruit would be an improvement, still not very healthy. Also, that sugar, which fructose, goes straight to the liver to be processed. hard on the liver. Neoxian(Neo sir aka Dragon sir) ok, I know that dry fruits contain high-sugar. And sugar is not a very healthy thing when it comes to your health. Dry fruits are a vital part of our home, and it is a winter snack, you can say. No matter what, in winters dry fruits shopping is a must to do a thing. But along with high-sugar, we can't deny the other important healthy aspects of dry fruits. Dry fruits provide a large amount of fibre to your body and also provides antioxidants. Well, I stopped eating right after when neo sir said they are unhealthy. But I think if you take in the right amount they are good for your body especially during winters. ---

Well, I am having Almonds, Cashewnuts and Pistachios. But I was eating only Pistachios and Cashewnuts. Thank God i stopped myself at a right time. When you are hungry you don't realise how much you have eaten :P XD I do agree with Neo sir but also I believe they are good if they are taken in the right amount.
