How are you guys? I know everything are OK for you and staying home with beloved once or working your work place. However we are spending really difficult and dangerous time in this planet economically & healthy. I have to work everyday of week without Sunday. So I haven't more free time to do lot of outstation work like travelling, gardening etc.. But I practiced how to manage time to do my interesting works. So this Sunday I reached to my parents small garden how corp cultivation growing than last two weeks. Our parents using compost fertiliser for corps growing. I got compost from my mother noon time and then put to them roots of plants.
My parents very clearly arranged small space for corps cultivation. Especially plastic pots, polythene bags and other recyling items used for planting.There are few green chili and spicy chili plants in our garden. It's growing faster with suitable weather condition. Some plants already started flower blossomes and then spikes came out from it. I found one of chili plant harvested light yellow spikes.
When a healthy turmeric plant is planted on time, the plant will grow to more than a meter in height and the trunk will be about two and a half inches in circumference. A yellow plant like this will produce more than ten other plants and you will be able to reach a successful harvest. I could see over 5 turmeric plants continuous growing in our land. This root helps the body disinfect, energizes digestion and also helps your body fight certain cancers.
Ginger plants not easy to grow better. But if you follow real good instructions from expert agricalture officers. In my home garden only 6 ginger plants I found. But it's not grom faster. Maybe our parent's maintaince process not useful to grom plants. However ginger has so many health benefits. Many Sri Lankans drink cup of tea with mixed chopped ginger potatoes. It gives nice fragrance and taste to tea. Ginger bosst immunity system of humans as well as prevents viral infections.
Curry leaves are widely used as a spice in our Sri Lankan cuisine and these leaves add a special flavor to every dish. But simply because of the medicinal properties of curry leaves to taste, many people have turned their attention to it. Rich in nutrients such as carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin C, vitamin A, curry leaves help your heart to function better and fight infections.
I'm really happy to see gotokola leaves growing large than when I visited my garden two weeks ago. You already know that gotu kola is a medicinal plant. It can also be eaten as a vegetable. Gotu kola is rich in vitamins and can be used to cure many ailments. Gotu kola has the power to cure inflammation, fever, skin diseases, eye diseases and pains in the body.

Especially for diabetes, bitter gourd is a vegetable that is tolerant to any climate in Sri Lanka. Also harvested here throughout the year. Tomatoes has so healthy benefits and disadvantages. Many hivers know about it because tomatoes very common vegetable to every states. Especially vitamin A and C maiively contains it.
Currently, betel is cultivated for domestic consumption and export, while the major betel growers are Sri Lanka, India, Thailand and Bangladesh. Pakistan is the main importer of Sri Lankan betel.
