When you’re cooking every day, sometimes, it can be tiresome coming up with labor-intensive meals. That’s when it pays to be inventive :-)
Have some pasta in your kitchen cabinet? A can of tuna, and pesto? Presto! You have a meal in 15 minutes. Add onions and cheese, for more texture and flavor — maybe, almonds, olives, tomatoes?
Or you could add a protein — like breaded fish?
Another fun an easy thing to do is tacos 🌮
Sauté mince meet & knock yourself out chopping and dicing : onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro 🌿 avocado 🥑 ?
Add sauce / dip and enjoy the colorful dish.
Or, if you’re feeling super lazy, why not have a breakfast-y kinda lunch or dinner, as I did the other day : fried egg 🍳 on a croissant 🥐 refried beans, and sauerkraut. 😋
Even that seems like too much work? When in doubt, go the smoothie route : use all the fruit you got and mix with veggies (spinach or kale go well with berries) and add healthy seeds like chia or flax.
